How many months of security deposit do you charge?

We are entrepreneurs ourselves and know that putting down a 6-month security deposit for an office can be a struggle for many businesses. Therefore, we charge no pre-paid rent, and only 1 month of security deposit for all our offices. You can move your business here right away, with minimal up-front costs. That's convenience at its best.

 

Check our office solutions or our 8-man meeting room book a tour . We're certain that we have the perfect office for you.

How do i know if Coworking Plus is something for my business?

Coworking is a concept that embraces almost all business types. In our office community in Odense you'll find both freelancers, startups, remote workers, scaleups, as well as departments of listed companies.

How long is your termination period?

Find a better office solution for your business? No problem! On our Airports, Flexseats and Fixed Seats your termination period will be as low as 1 month. For Closed Offices the termination period is 3 months.

 

We believe that entrepreneurs should have as much mobility as possible, and always optimize our office solutions to the needs of entrepreneurs.

 

If we have available offices in-house, you can also upgrade your office at Coworking Plus, should you need additional space.

 

You'll always be able to have the best possible office solution for your business at any time.

What is included in the rent?

We make sure that our coworkers can focus 100% on their businesses, instead of managing their office. Therefor we've tried our best to provide our cowrkers with everything they need with regards to their office. That means:

When can i move my company to Coworking Plus?

When you will be able to move your business to our office community depends on how many employees you have, and what offices we have available. We have a total of 6500 sqm's of office space, with more then 500 desks, so we'll surely have space for your business aswell.

 

You can either book a tour of Coworking Plus with Mads, where we'll find the perfect solution for you, or reach out to a member of the Coworking Plus team to hear more about your options.

What social event are you hosting for the coworkers?

Every single year, we host more than 30 social events for coworkers of the house and the entreprenurial environment in Odense. As an office community with more than 500 coworkers, we have a responsibility towards our community, of creating the perfect hub for entrepreneurs - and events for networking is an essential part of that. Rickshaw

Rickshaw is located on the 1st floor and has plenty of space for six people. There is a whiteboard, TV, Chromecast, and kitchenette in the room.

Dandy Horse

Dandy Horse is located on the 2nd floor, next to the printer room and Lounge 1905. The meeting room accommodates 8 people, and is equipped with a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast.

Tool Box

The Tool Box is for the smaller meetings and is located right by the reception on the 2nd floor. The meeting room can accommodate four people and has a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast.

Repair Shop

The Repair Shop is located right next to the Tool Box by the reception on the 2nd floor. Repair Shop can accommodate five people, and there's a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast in the room.

Breakout space

The Breakout Space located on the second floor, that accommodates 8 people. It has a kitchenette with accompanying bar chairs and table, a couch, a whiteboard, and a TV with Chromecast.

Verdensmester

Verdensmester is located on the 2nd floor right next to our coffee lounge and can accommodate 14 people. It is the house’s largest meeting room, with two whiteboards, and a TV with Chromecast.

Smith & Co

Smith & Co is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 12 people. There are two whiteboards and a TV with Chromecast in the room, and then it's right next to our Coworking Lounge.

The Frame

The Frame is an open meeting room located in Lounge 1905 on the 2nd floor. The Frame can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for informal meetings.

The Battery

The Battery is an open meeting room located in Lounge 1905, on the 2nd floor right next to The Frame. The Battery can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for informal meetings.

Right Handle

Right Handle ligger på 1. sal ved den lyserøde væg og har plads til 2 personer. Boksen har et TV med Chromecast.

Left Handle

Left Handle ligger på 1. sal ved den lyserøde væg og har plads til 2 personer. Boksen har et TV med Chromecast.

Bellevue

Bellevue kan findes på stueetagen ved indgang C. Mødelokalet har plads til 8 personer og har et TV med Chromecast samt et whiteboard.

Short John

The Patch

The Patch kan findes på stueetagen ved CO:LAB og kaffekøkkenet ved indgang C. Boksen har plads til 2 personer, og har TV med Chromecast.

Long John

Long John is located on the 3rd floor next to the kitchenette and accommodates 6 people. The room has glass panels and a TV with Chromecast.

Le Tour

Le Tour can be found at the Coworking Café, and can accommodate eight people. There is a whiteboard and TV with Chromecast in the room.

Can I order catering for my event through you?

Det ligger dig helt frit, hvem i bruger til catering ved jeres event. Vi kan dog henvise til vores samarbejdspartnere Noahs, som også leverer vores frokostordning. De har meget erfaring med at levere til huset, og så laver de noget fantastisk mad.

Derudover kan du selvfølgelig også selv medbringe mad til huset. 

When are the rooms available?

Sadly, we don't offer an online booking system for our rooms. However, if you're in good time, you can be almost 100% sure that the room you want to book is free.

Our meeting rooms and lounges are primarily booked on a week-to-week basis, while our Café is usually booked months in advance.

If you want to book a room to use outside of normal work hours, we require that you come by our office community before the booking, so we can introduce you to the space, and give you access to the room.

Is drinks included in the price?

You are free to drink all the coffee and tea that you want. We have a delicious coffee blend, roasted exclusively for our Office Community by Kaffe Lars.

 

Har I lyst til sodavand, øl, vin, cider etc. har vi køleskabe på alle etager, hvor dette kan købes. Ønskes særlige drikkevarer, kan de medbringes eller bestilles gennem ved at kontakte os.
