We are entrepreneurs ourselves and know that putting down a 6-month security deposit for an office can be a struggle for many businesses. Therefore, we charge no pre-paid rent, and only 1 month of security deposit for all our offices. You can move your business here right away, with minimal up-front costs. That's convenience at its best.

There's only one way to find out... come by and take a look for yourself. You can either book a non-binding guided tour with Mads, or swing by for a cup of coffee. We're located at Kochsgade 31, 5000 Odense C, entrance D. Find the coworking team on the 2nd floor.

 

Coworking is a concept that embraces almost all business types. In our office community in Odense you'll find both freelancers, startups, remote workers, scaleups, as well as departments of listed companies.

Find a better office solution for your business? No problem! On our Airports, Flexseats and Fixed Seats your termination period will be as low as 1 month. For Closed Offices the termination period is 3 months.

 

We believe that entrepreneurs should have as much mobility as possible, and always optimize our office solutions to the needs of entrepreneurs.

 

If we have available offices in-house, you can also upgrade your office at Coworking Plus, should you need additional space.

We make sure that our coworkers can focus 100% on their businesses, instead of managing their office. Therefor we've tried our best to provide our cowrkers with everything they need with regards to their office. That means:

When you will be able to move your business to our office community depends on how many employees you have, and what offices we have available. We have a total of 6500 sqm's of office space, with more then 500 desks, so we'll surely have space for your business aswell.

Every single year, we host more than 30 social events for coworkers of the house and the entreprenurial environment in Odense. As an office community with more than 500 coworkers, we have a responsibility towards our community, of creating the perfect hub for entrepreneurs - and events for networking is an essential part of that. Rickshaw

Rickshaw is located on the 1st floor and has plenty of space for six people. There is a whiteboard, TV, Chromecast, and kitchenette in the room.

Smith & Co

Smith & Co is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 12 people. There are two whiteboards and a TV with Chromecast in the room, and then it's right next to our Coworking Lounge.

Independent Lady

The Independent Lady is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate six people. The room has tinted glass walls, and there is a TV with a Chromecast in the room.

Le Tour

Le Tour can be found at the Coworking Café, and can accommodate eight people. There is a whiteboard and TV with Chromecast in the room.

Verdensmester

Verdensmester is located on the 2nd floor right next to our coffee lounge and can accommodate 14 people. It is the house’s largest meeting room, with two whiteboards, and a TV with Chromecast.

Dandy Horse

Dandy Horse is located on the 2nd floor, next to the printer room and Lounge 1905. The meeting room accommodates 8 people, and is equipped with a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast.

Tool Box

The Tool Box is for the smaller meetings and is located right by the reception on the 2nd floor. The meeting room can accommodate four people and has a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast.

Long John

Long John is located on the 3rd floor next to the kitchenette and accommodates 6 people. The room has glass panels and a TV with Chromecast.

Repair Shop

The Repair Shop is located right next to the Tool Box by the reception on the 2nd floor. Repair Shop can accommodate five people, and there's a whiteboard and a TV with Chromecast in the room.

The Frame

The Frame is an open meeting room located in Lounge 1905 on the 2nd floor. The Frame can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for informal meetings.

The Battery

The Battery is an open meeting room located in Lounge 1905, on the 2nd floor right next to The Frame. The Battery can accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for informal meetings.

Breakout space

The Breakout Space located on the second floor, that accommodates 8 people. It has a kitchenette with accompanying bar chairs and table, a couch, a whiteboard, and a TV with Chromecast.

In the heart of our coworking space you have the opportunity to rent our conference room. The meeting room can accommodate up to 50 people for lectures, but can also be used for workshops.

COWORKING CAFÉ

6500 KR.

Coworking Café is the largest space we have in our office community, with space for large events, parties, workshops etc. The Café has a large industrial kitchen and an outdoor terrace.

Sadly, we don't offer an online booking system for our rooms. However, if you're in good time, you can be almost 100% sure that the room you want to book is free.

Our meeting rooms and lounges are primarily booked on a week-to-week basis, while our Café is usually booked months in advance.

If you want to book a room to use outside of normal work hours, we require that you come by our office community before the booking, so we can introduce you to the space, and give you access to the room.

 

It is possible to book outside normal work hours, without visiting the house first, through extra payment.

You are free to drink all the coffee and tea that you want. We have a delicious coffee blend, roasted exclusively for our Office Community by Kaffe Mekka.

 

Should you wish any softdrinks, beer, wine, or cider, we have a fridge on every floor, with very friendly prices.

Our main entrance is at entrance D, and you'll find the Coworking Plus team on the 2nd floor.
